Predator Nana (2024)

This is a final project for In Motion class led by Jules Verardi , SVA, 2024

A tribute to my cat Nana who eats everything and hates everybody... She is a 7 year old girl tabby cat me and my family adopted from Surrey, BC
I aim to replicate the nostalgic and retro look of playgrounds, forests and grassy spots from suburban Canada, using footages from Pinterest.

I picked the keyframes I would use for the project
to create a stop-motion look

Then I used Photoshop’s keying brush tool to clean out the background, frame by frame
